No. This is an independent directory. We republish rosters that county Sheriff’s Offices already publish, and we link to the original source on every page. For anything official — bond, visitation, release — contact the facility or the court directly.
In most US states, yes. Jail rosters, court dockets and warrant lists are public under state open-records laws, and counties publish them on their own websites. Records sealed or expunged by court order do not appear on official public court and sheriff listings.
Most facilities update their booking rosters within several hours of intake, following fingerprinting and administrative classification. Our directory runs scheduled daily synchronization jobs against public agency portals. However, synchronization depends on individual facility portal availability and publishing schedules; each county page prominently displays its exact last verification timestamp so you can verify data freshness.

We publish what the Sheriff’s Office publishes and cannot alter an official record. If the record has already been corrected or expunged at the source but still appears here, send us the county and name through the removal form and we will review the primary agency source.
